I now send an email to Shane of my measurements on a weekly basis. It's a requirement of this adventure so as to make sure the eating plan is working out for you. And the other day, I measured my chest and it's gone down another 3 cm!So I sms Shane, "Shane my boobs are shrinking!"
She replies, "hehe! It's not your breasts la, it's your back!"
Oh... I knew that! *phewh*
Definitely the back is going down. I can feel the line and the curve. I can't describe it but you will know when you run your fingers down by back... if you ever have the chance!
